Through validation of our models, we have learnt to do the followings:

• Buy stocks at wholesale prices instead of the market price. This usually results in paying about 2-10% less than the general public. With this approach, we build ample cushion for any drop in stock price.This  is one of the strategies of the financial institutions.

• Rent out stocks on a monthly basis by generating income. The income generated is used to pay interest on funds collected from our creditor(s). For every dollar borrowed, we  match it and utilize only 80-90% of the total investment for the trade. We use the remainder of the fund to correct any trade that  goes against us. That's what the "big boys" and the financial institutions do but they don't tell the general public; this  is a sacred secret.

• We hedge against the drop/fall of any security we invest in. By this strategy, we make profit if the stock drops to zero. If Enron and WorldCom employees had adopted this strategy, they would have had their retirement savings well secured in their accounts. Majority of them would have increased their number of golfing days!!!

• Utilize state-of-the-art resources available to all professionals in the market. These resources facilitate the digestion of economic data as well as the geopolitical effects on the market. Not only that, we utilize these resources to locate stocks the professionals are selling/buying while recommending buy/hold to the public.
